Our photos and content

The photos, text, name and branding on this site belong to Mallory Lorene’s. Please ask before reusing our photos or copying our content. Linking to any page is always fine.

Menu, prices and orders

The menu and prices on this site are a guide and can change. Nothing on the site is a binding offer: an order is only confirmed when we confirm it with you directly, by phone or message.

Allergens and gluten free baking

Mallory Lorene’s is a cottage food operation. Everything we sell is made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

That kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, peanuts and tree nuts. Gluten free items are made to order, but we can’t rule out cross-contact, so if you have celiac disease or a serious food allergy, please talk with us before you order.

No warranties

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is.” We don’t promise it will always be online, error-free or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mallory Lorene’s isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
