Mallory Lorene’s is a cottage bakery tucked into Weatherford, Texas. Every loaf, roll, cookie and cake starts with flour, butter and time — mixed, proofed and baked in small batches, the way it’s done when the baker knows your name.
Sourdough that’s crusty outside and chewy inside. Scones drizzled while they’re still warm. Kolaches filled with real fruit. And if gluten doesn’t agree with you, don’t worry — look for the * on our menu. It’s our way of sayin’ we can whip it up gluten free just for you.
